Day 2 – Ancient Rome Tour

Day 7 – Florence Tour
At 9 AM, a private local guide will meet you at your hotel for an enlightening 3-hour walking tour of Florence’s historic city center. Florence, known as the cradle of the Renaissance, boasts a wealth of art and architecture that reflects its rich cultural past. The tour includes visits to remarkable sites such as the Duomo, the Baptistery, Piazza della Signoria, Ponte Vecchio, and the famous Accademia Gallery, home to Michelangelo’s iconic statue of David. As you wander through the streets, your guide will share stories and insights that bring the city’s history to life. After the tour, you’ll have the rest of the day to explore Florence at your leisure. If you wish, we can assist with reservations for a guided tour of the Uffizi Gallery, one of the most important art museums in the world.

Day 8 – Pisa and Lucca
Your day begins with a 9 AM pick-up from your hotel as you set out for Lucca, approximately an hour away. Once in Lucca, you’ll discover a city filled with rich history and stunning architecture. Among the must-see attractions are the church of San Michele in Foro, the church of San Giovanni e Reparata, and the famous Cathedral of San Martino. Don’t miss the Torre Guinigi, a unique tower topped with a magnificent oak tree, offering incredible views of the city. You will have free time to explore Lucca and enjoy lunch at your leisure, with your driver recommending a delightful restaurant located in the heart of the old city. After approximately 3 hours in Lucca, continue on to Pisa. Here, you will visit the magnificent Cathedral, the Baptistery, the Leaning Tower, and the Campo Santo, which together create one of the world’s most beautiful architectural ensembles. The “Piazza dei Miracoli” is the perfect backdrop for these stunning examples of Romanesque architecture. After a full day of exploration, return to Florence by 4 PM.

Day 9 – Florence
Enjoy a free day in Florence to soak up the vibrant atmosphere, explore museums, or indulge in some last-minute shopping. You might choose to revisit your favorite sights or discover new ones at your own pace. If you’re interested, we can organize a private cooking class just for you, allowing you to learn how to create traditional Italian dishes under the guidance of a local chef.

Day 10 – Arrivederci Italia
After checking out from your hotel, our driver will pick you up for your transfer to Florence airport. If you have a different location in mind for your transfer, please let us know in advance, and we will be happy to accommodate your needs.
